Life is sweet and so is this hot sauce. the base of this hot sauce is Korean green plums (maesil) and balsamic vinegar. However, nothing at Eight Gates Hot Sauce can only be sweet, so Korean cheongyang spicy peppers and habaneros are added to give it a nice kick.

Similar to a barbecue sauce, Busan Panther goes best with wings, mac and cheese, and shrimp crackers, but works on almost anything!
